The VTP30 steam wax melting furnace is designed for the processing of waxy raw materials by melting.
Before use, the oven must be rinsed with hot water.
After rinsing, water is poured into the space between the walls until it flows out through the drain pipe, then the oven is closed with a plug.
The basket is filled with wax, inserted into the oven and closed with a lid.
Once loaded with wax, the kiln is placed on a heating device, and a wax container is positioned under the drain pipe. Steam, produced by boiling, passes through the openings in the inner reservoir and the basket, reaches the wax, and melts it. The wax then flows through the drain pipe into the container. For more complete wax extraction, it is necessary to stir the contents of the basket regularly during operation, or to gently shake it to reduce the intensity of the steaming and open the lid.
Once the wax has been completely extracted, the basket is removed, the slag is taken away, a new portion of waxy raw material is loaded and the cycle repeats.
