Frame uncapping tray – adjustable and functional

The uncapping tray is designed to offer a maximum comfort for the beekeeper during the work of uncapping beehive frames, whether using a manual, steam, or vibrating knife.

 Main features:

• Adjustable height Thanks to its telescopic legs, the height of the table can be adjusted according to the user's height, ensuring an ergonomic posture.
• Composition :
  • A bac inclined towards the drain tap
  • A filter basket to collect the lids
  • A structure in profiled tubing
  • A stainless steel grid to hold the frames
  • A lid to cover the bin before and after using the bin.
• Materials :
  • Bin and basket in food grade stainless steel
  • Tap in plastic or stainless steel used in the food industry or in stainless steel according to the order
• Functioning :
  • The frames prepared for extraction are suspended in the tray, starting from the opposite end.
  • The honey flows from the cells and cappings along the sloping bottom towards the tap.
