This honey extractor is designed to extract honey from uncapped beehive frames using centrifugal force.
Main features:
5. Rotor structure
• The rotor frame, welded from a profiled tube, does not have crossbeams in its upper part, which facilitates the loading and unloading of frames.
• This design allows for better absorption of imbalances caused by frames of unequal mass. The rotor elastically compensates for these imbalances, reducing vibrations transmitted to the extractor and improving its stability.
6. Drive system
• The extractor is equipped with a single-stage belt transmission, protected by a casing.
7. How cassettes work
• The cassettes containing the frames automatically position themselves in the rest position (aligned radially towards the center) when they are not active.
• They pivot in one direction or the other depending on the rotation of the rotor, determined by the selected operating mode.
8. Modes of use
• Controlled by levers on the control panel, the extractor offers two modes:
• Manual: Allows for customized adjustment of speed and direction.
• Automatic: Optimizes the extraction process through a predefined sequence.
This design combines practicality, durability and energy efficiency, making it suitable for both professional and amateur beekeepers.
