Steam melter for whole frames – gas, electricity or wood

The steam oven for whole frames is made of 1 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet.

This oven can be powered by electricity, wood, or gas.
Two 2000W radiators provide electric heating.

This wax oven has a capacity of 15 to 17 frames, depending on the number of honeycombs built.
It is also possible to melt pure wax outside the frame.

A perforated plate inside the melter prevents threads and debris from clogging the tap.
The water level is regulated by interconnected reservoirs, which allows for easy control of evaporation.
If needed, a tap allows the remaining water to be drained at the end of operation.

The firebox is also made of 1 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet, while its base, made of 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet, prevents overheating.
The feet are adjustable, allowing the device to be tilted if necessary.
The bakelite handles to which the feet are attached ensure precise adjustment, even during operation.
