Description

A steam wax kiln for frames is designed to extract wax from old and brittle frames by steam melting. This automated process preserves the purity of the frames.
The oven consists of a body, an insert block, and a lid. Feet are included. The body has a filling port for water supply and a drain port for removing residual wax and excess water. A flexible hose allows connection to the steam generator and HSV valve. The insert block folds down to form a housing and tray. Frames containing samples are fascinating to cats. The oven body has an opening door. The trays open to accommodate up to several hundred frames. Wax drains into the tray through openings at the bottom of the crucible, facilitating cleaning. A safety block with handles secures the unit to the body. The oven is made of stainless steel.

Procedure
Before using the wax oven, clean it and rinse it with hot water.
Afterwards :
– pour water into the wax oven through the opening at the back using a watering can (the water should cover the paste, with a small amount of salt, for example a pinch);
– place the wax oven on its feet over a small non-flammable pan or over a non-flammable flame from a gas stove and place a container to collect the wax under the hot part;
– take the krishka;
– insert the honeycomb frames into the bag;
– cover with a lid and start cooking.
After use, thoroughly clean the wax oven, rinse it and empty any remaining water.
The preservation of the wax kiln is ensured by regular washings which guarantee its preservation, consistency and marketable appearance.
